Terms of Service

These terms cover this website and the free WhatsApp demo. If your community becomes a paying customer, the agreement we sign with you governs that relationship and takes precedence over anything here.

The free demo

We offer 24 hours of resident-level access to a demo community over WhatsApp. To use it:

• Give us a WhatsApp number you control. Do not give us someone else's number.
• You get access for roughly 24 hours from when we message you. It is a demonstration, not a live service for your building.
• There is no signup, no account, and no card. We do not ask for payment details at any point during the demo.
• The demo community contains sample data. Do not put real resident information, real complaints or anything confidential into it.

We may end demo access at any time, and we may decline to provide it.

Messaging you on WhatsApp

By giving us your number you are asking us to message you on WhatsApp about the demo. We message you about that and nothing else. Reply to tell us to stop and we will, immediately and without asking why.

WhatsApp is operated by Meta and their terms apply to the messages themselves. We cannot control WhatsApp availability, delivery or delays.

Paid plans

Published pricing starts at $1.99 per resident per month. Prices on the pricing page are indicative and may change. The figures that bind us are the ones in the agreement you sign.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the demo to send unsolicited messages to anyone.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service.
• Submit numbers belonging to people who have not asked to be contacted.
• Copy or reverse-engineer the platform to build a competing product.

What we don’t promise

The website and the demo are provided as they are. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise any particular business outcome from using Manzhil.

Figures quoted on this website describe results reported by communities using Manzhil. They are illustrative, not a commitment about what your community will achieve.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Manzhil is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the free demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Your content

Anything you put into the demo stays yours. Everything on this website and in the platform — the software, the branding, the content — stays ours.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it.
