Can I switch between plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll get immediate access to additional features. When you downgrade, the new rate applies from your next billing cycle. We never lock you into a plan that doesn't fit your community's size.

Do you offer discounts for multiple communities?

Yes — we offer volume discounts for property managers, developers, and management corporations operating multiple communities. Contact our sales team for a custom quote based on your total resident count across all properties. The more residents you manage, the lower your per-resident rate.

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

We accept bank transfers, wire payments, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). For communities in Pakistan, we also support Easypaisa and JazzCash. For GCC markets, we can integrate with regional payment providers. Enterprise clients may also request invoicing with net-30 terms.

Is there a setup fee?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or hidden costs. Our team handles WhatsApp Business API registration, dashboard configuration, and resident onboarding at no extra charge. You only pay the per-resident monthly fee starting after your 14-day trial.
