Privacy Policy

This page explains what Manzhil collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. We have kept it in plain language rather than legal boilerplate.

What we collect

There is one form on this website. When you ask for 24-hour resident access, we collect:

• Your name.
• Your WhatsApp number.
• Which button you used, so we know which page you came from.

That is all. We do not ask for an email address, a company name, a payment method, or anything about your community.

If you book a demo call instead, the booking is handled by Cal.com, and the details you enter there (typically your name, email address and chosen time) are collected by Cal.com under their own privacy policy. We receive the resulting booking.

Why we collect it

To give you what you asked for. We add your WhatsApp number to a demo community so you can use Manzhil as a resident would, and we message you on WhatsApp to start that access. We may follow up once about how it went.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The one exception is the demo booking window, which loads from Cal.com when you open it and may set its own cookies at that point.

Who else handles your information

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. Like any web host, it also records standard server logs including IP addresses.
• Meta operates WhatsApp. Because we contact you on WhatsApp, your number and the messages we exchange pass through their platform under their terms.
• Cal.com handles demo bookings, and only if you make one.

We use no other processors. In particular there is no CRM, no email marketing platform, and no advertising network.

Where your information is held

Manzhil operates in Pakistan, the GCC and Malaysia, and the services above run on infrastructure outside those countries. Your information may therefore be stored or processed internationally.

How long we keep it

We keep demo enquiries only while they are useful for following up. If you do not become a customer, ask us to delete your details and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete it. You can stop our WhatsApp messages at any time by replying and telling us to stop, or by blocking the number.

Email hello@manzhil.com for any of the above. We will action deletion requests without asking you to justify them.

Children

Manzhil is a tool for people running residential communities. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we start collecting anything beyond what is described above, we will update this page and change the date at the top. We will not quietly broaden what we do with information already given to us.
